![]() Art Deco 14kt Gold Cufflinks![]() Deco Circles! |
Jazzy Art Deco cufflinks with bright centers of hypnotic, concentric circles surrounded by yellow gold bands of wave-like scrolls. White gold borders complete the symphony of color and light. Created by United Jewelers in 14kt gold, circa 1930.
![]() The backs of the cufflinks are well crafted and polished to a bright finish. Note the sturdy cross bars that secure these double-sided links on the cuff. The maker's attention to detail and passion for quality is evident. (Please excuse the dark reflections from our camera.)
![]() The maker's mark ("HALLMARK") is visible on the cross bars connecting the links. This is the hallmark (literally) of United Jewelers, a maker of fine jewelry in New York during the 1920s and 1930s. The opposite sides of the cross bars are stamped "14K" for the purity of the gold.
